What motivates Albert Popov to be at the top of his game

With World Cup finals around the corner, we asked our World Cup athlete, Albert Popov, what motivates him to be at the top of his game:

Every time I’m out there competing, there are three big things that keep me going. The first is the amazing support from my country – the sight of fans in our national colors, the dedication of the Bansko World Cup's slope crew, their energy is incredibly uplifting. Then, there’s my family. They’ve been my rock. Their support, their sacrifices, they’re why I push myself harder every day. I’m out there not just for me, but for them too. Lastly, it’s about my own drive. I love this sport. I love the challenge, the adrenaline, pushing myself to be better every time I compete. It’s about proving to myself that I can always go further, always climb higher.
