Refund policy

At VIST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to request a return or refund, please submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please access your customer account and select the order you wish to return. If the order is eligible under our return policy, you will be able to submit a return request directly from your account.

Alternatively, you may contact us by email at info@vist.it, send a message to our legal email address vist.italy@legalmail.it, or send a letter to our office address at Via Morimondo 23, 20143 Milan (MI), Italy.

Once we receive your return request, we will review your eligibility for a refund. To check your eligibility, please refer to our Right of Withdrawal Policy .

If your return request is approved, please print the return document provided and attach it to the outside of the package so that it is clearly visible. The package must be shipped to the following address:

Please note that returns shipped without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Once the returned package has been received and checked, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method, unless another refund method has been agreed.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
